Standing Stones Bed Inn Breakfast located in the beautiful Swan Valley of Western Montana. Nestled right in the heart of the Northern Rocky Mountains, we offer a unique Montana experience for you.
We are located on Montana Highway 83 at mile marker 44-1/2. We are only 60 miles south of Kalispell, 26 miles north of Seeley Lake, and 85 miles northeast of  Missoula.
We are nestled snugly between the Swan Mountain range. With the Bob Marshall Wilderness area to the east and the Mission Mountains and the Mission Mountain Wilderness to the west.
The Swan River runs adjacent to the property and offers excellent fishing opportunities. Abundant wildlife surrounds us and spectacular scenic beauty can be enjoyed right from our front porch. This location acts as a perfect base camp for hikers, fishermen,  hunters,  snowmobilers and cross country skiers. We offer Black & White and  alternative process photography with world renown photographers  throughout the summer.
Test your fishing skills on the legendary lakes and streams of Western Montana.
The surrounding waters are home to rainbow, cutthroat and brown trout. You can hike, backpack, watch wildlife, horseback ride or mountain bike through thousands of square miles of back country which is largely untouched.
We can arrange horseback trips for leisurely rides, or complete pack trips into the wilderness.
Snowmobiling is the prime activity when the snow starts flying. There are more than 250 miles of groomed trails around the swan valley. The lack of crowds makes it one of the top places to snowmobile in the Western United States. If you prefer more solitude the Swan Valley provides cross-country ski trails and miles of skiing in the back country.
